  • Turnips are an excellent source of vitamin K and omega-3 fatty acids, which are known as potent anti-inflammatory agents.

  • Turnips are rich in antioxidants, including vitamin E, vitamin C, manganese, and beta-carotene. These antioxidants protect the cells from the effects of oxidative stress.
