Heart health:
Sugar snap peas are packed with B-vitamins, which are known to help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Lowers cholesterol:
They are rich in fiber and low in fat, which may help reduce blood cholesterol.

Helps prevent diabetes:
Snap peas are rich in minerals, especially magnesium, which is known to help regulate blood sugar. Lower blood sugar levels help prevent diabetes.

Weight loss:
The biggest factor when it comes to weight loss is diet. When you eat foods that are low in calories and high in fiber, it greatly helps with weight loss. Sugar snap peas are one of these foods.
