  • This recipe is a fast one and once you have all the ingredients it will take less than 10 minutes to make.

  • Raw apricot jam recipe:
  • Ingredients:
  • 4 cup fresh apricots
  • 2 Tbsp of raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • How to make:
  • Soak the chia seeds in 4 Tbsp of filtered water for 1o minutes
  • Mix all the ingredients for 3 to 4 minutes using a blender.
  • The chia gel will give the jam texture.
  • How to store:
  • Keep refrigerated: Good for up to 2 weeks.
  • Keeps 6 months frozen.
  • This jam is perfect on fruit bowls, toast and sorbets. It works as a freezer jam, but not for canning.
