This green tea mango breast cancer-fighting smoothie is full of ingredients that are potent cancer fighters.
Other than skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in American women. According to the American Cancer Society (ACS), about 1 in every 8 women in the United States will develop invasive breast cancer during their lifetime.
The ACS also reports that this year, there will be 246,660 new diagnosed cases of invasive breast cancer, and that about 40,450 women will die from breast cancer.

Green tea has a variety of antioxidants, including the polyphenols GCG, EGC, ECG, and EC. These antioxidants help fight free radicals, which are known to cause cancer.
Recent research from Texas A&M University showed that the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of mangos helped prevent breast cancer.
Process the following ingredients in a blender:
2 1/2 cups of mangos
1 cup of green tea (we prefer the brand Numi)
1 tbsp of coconut nectar
1/4 tsp of turmeric
