Cabbage:

It is low in calories, with only 22 per cup and 2.2g of dietary fiber, which is 9% of the recommended daily value.

Celery:

It is filled with water content and dietary fiber, which helps your feel full faster, so you eat less.

Cucumbers:

They are low in calories, act as a diuretic, high in dietary in fiber, and help keep the body alkaline. Cucumbers are a perfect weight loss food.

Pineapples:

They contain no fat, low in calories, and high in dietary fiber. They are also a good source of vitamin C, which according to a study from the University of Arizona might help increase metabolism.  

Spinach:

It is high in dietary fiber, which is important for weight loss. It aids in digestion, helps with low blood sugar, and makes you feel full faster, so you eat less. One cup of spinach only contains 7 calories as well, making it an ideal low-calorie, high fiber food for a weight loss diet.

Turmeric:

Researchers at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University (USDA HNRCA) have found evidence that curcumin, believed to be the primary bioactive component of turmeric, can slow the growth of fat.

Process the following ingredients in a juicer:

1/2 cup of pineapple chunks

1 cucumber

1 cup of green cabbage

2 stalks of celery

1 dash of turmeric

1 cup of spinach

1/2 cup filtered water
(optional but tastes better)

Make sure ingredients are organic and the water is filtered.         

Drink once daily for 1 week as a lunch.

Combine with regular exercise. Avoid processed foods, refined sugars and any kind of sodas.
