  3. Hello, I have a few questions so I can make sure I am doing this correct: 1: are the apples lemons and oranges to be peeled? 2: if I can’t find fresh cranberries can I use frozen or 100% cranberry juice?, 3:do you add water (distilled)? lastly what kind of apples? thank you

    • Hi Vanessa,
This is a juice, so you will need to use a juicer. Do not peel the fruits as you are only pressing the juice. Yes you can use frozen organic cranberries. DO NOT use store bought cranberry juice as most are loaded with sugar. Please do not add water.

  5. How will I know this is working what signs will I see and how often do I do thi

    • Hi Sherry,
You should be able to eliminate and flush out toxins better. Therefore you will go to the bathroom more and have healthy bowel movements. Your colon/gut will be healthier and cleaner. You will feel better.
BUT: consistency is key and eating right is too. You need to adopt a healthy diet, avoid processed foods and refined sugar.
