Himalayan salt:

Directions:

Chop 1 red onion and 2 cloves of garlic
Saute for 2 minutes in 1 Tbsp of olive oil with a dash of Himalayan salt, a dash of black pepper and 1/2 tsp of paprika
Heat up 8 cups of vegetable broth in a medium saucepan
Add the sautéed garlic and onion in the broth
Stir
Add a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Add a handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
Add 4 cups of chopped kale with stems removed
Cook for 5 more minutes
Add 4 Tbsp of lemon juice
Serve immediately
Soups keeps up to 3 days refrigerated
