This pineapple and turmeric joint pain-relieving juice for arthritis is packed with healthy foods that help reduce inflammation.

According to the Arthritis Foundation, more than 50 million adults have some form of arthritis. The most common symptoms include swelling, pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion.

Let’s take a closer look at the ingredients in this pineapple and turmeric joint pain-relieving juice for arthritis.

Pineapple contains bromelain, a natural anti-inflammatory enzyme. This enzyme can rival potent pharmaceuticals such as NSAIDs and steroids.  When bromelain is combined with Indian spice “turmeric” it is even more potent.

It is one of the most potent anti-inflammatory spices on earth. Turmeric contains an active ingredient called curcumin, which has been shown in clinical studies to reduce inflammation.


Process the following ingredients in a juicer:

1/4 pineapple, chopped
1 tsp of turmeric
1-inch piece of turmeric
1 handful of blueberries
1 tbsp of coconut oil

After juicing these ingredients, add almond milk or hemp milk until desired texture.
