Soothing oatmeal and honey facial mask

Soothing oatmeal and honey facial mask uses only organic and real ingredients that are packed with nutrition for skin health. Let’s take a closer look at the ingredients in this mask.

This amazingly sweet nectar that bees provide us is great for the skin. Honey is full of nutrition and is known to help treat acne, due to its antibacterial properties. It also has antioxidants, which slow down aging and help the skin glow.

Oats contain compounds called polysaccharides, which are amazing at fighting dryness and keeping your skin moist. It also helps cleanse the pores.


Add 1/2 cup of hot water to 1/3 cup of steel cut oats until the oats expand
Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and 2 tsps of plain Greek yogurt
Put the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth
Lather mixture on your face and let it sit for 10 minutes
Wash with warm water
Follow by spraying your face with rose water or organic Witch Hazel
