How to save a life with CPR

Knowing or not knowing CPR can literally be the difference between life and death. Health organization CPR Certified has published tips on how to save a life with CPR that we want to share with you.

But first, what is CPR?

CPR stands for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. The purpose of CPR is to keep oxygenated blood flowing through the body during the event of a cardiac arrest.

If you are reading this, we highly recommend signing up for an online class to learn CPR and first aid. You can also use the American Heart Association’s tool to find an in person CPR class near you.

Of course, we hope that you are never in a situation where someones life is in danger, but we want you to be prepared with the right information if you are ever in that situation.
