This smoothie can help with any kind of minor pain and PMS too. It is armed with anti-inflammatory properties.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) refers to a set of symptoms that commonly occur before a woman’s menstrual cycle. PMS is debilitating sometimes.

Eating a raw food diet helps with pain. Simply eating at least 50 percent of your diet with raw foods could really make a difference. Avoid sugars, sugary drinks, caffeine, dairy, fat and processed foods.
This smoothies is packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. The main cause for pain is inflammation.

Cherries are blood cleansing and will aid in flushing away toxins from your body.
Try to use use fresh and organic ingredients.

  • Blend:
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Drink 2 times a day when you have pain or suffer from PMS symptoms
