Lemon and frankincense immune-boosting flu bomb

This lemon and frankincense immune-boosting flu bomb is a simple way to use essential oils to help you get through this season.

This year’s flu strain is nasty and “yucky”.

We have discovered a great remedy called the “Flu Bomb” courtesy of our friend Robyn Atticks Founder of Shear Miracle Organics .

We have tried it and it really worked for us.

It is a natural way to ward off the flu, or to lessen the symptoms if you’ve already caught the virus.

The key is to use essential oils.

Please ensure that the oils you select are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG), so that the purity and potency of the oils are proven with the latest scientific testing.

If the oils aren’t CPTG oils, or organic they probably aren’t safe and can do more harm than good.

Let’s look at the ingredients in the lemon and frankincense immune-boosting flu bomb and yuck bomb:

Lemon (4 drops) – to help reduce any fever and detox your system, getting rid of any germs already brewing in your system.

Melaleuca (2 drops) – to help build your immune system in preparation for the flu germs.

OnGuard (2 drops) – to help combat any germs already in your system, as well as boost your immune system.

Oregano (2 drops) – to help kill any germs, bad bacteria, and viruses in your system.

Frankincense (2 drops) – to help enhance the oils and their effects on your body.

Directions:

• Put all the drops into a 5ml roller bottle and top it off with Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO).

• Rub the flu bomb on the bottom of your feet morning and night for prevention – this gives the body immune boosting benefits.

• If flu-like symptoms already have you down, apply this blend as often as needed until the symptoms subside. You can do so every 1/2 hour.
