Baldness and hair loss are common conditions.

Losing one’s hair can lower ones confidence.  As we age our follicle are a little lazy and need a boost within.

This hair growth juice is packed with hair healthy foods like apples, carrots, cinnamon, and mint. These ingredients can help stimulate hair growth.

Apples:

They contain a compound called Procyanidin B-2. According to a study published in the British Journal of Dermatology, this compound stimulates proteins in our body to make new hair grow. Apples are also rich in antioxidants, which help renew hair cells.

Carrots:

They are an excellent source of beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A is required for every cell in the body to function properly, and also helps protect and create the oils that our scalp needs to stay healthy.

Cinnamon:

It has potent antioxidants, which prevent hair damage and reduce the amount of hair that falls out.

Mint:

It is great for promoting hair growth for two reasons. One, peppermint is an antiseptic, so it kills bacteria on the scalp and provides a healthy environment for hair to grow. Two, peppermint stimulates circulation on the scalp, which stimulates hair follicles, therefore promoting hair growth.

Process the following ingredients in a juicer:

2 apples

3 carrots

8 mint leaves

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

add 1/2 cup of filtered water
