This smoothie is packed with antioxidants that are essential to a good vision.

This leafy green vegetable is rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, which are two essential compounds to eye health. These compounds help reduce the risk of age-related eye diseases such as macular degeneration and cataracts.


Like kale, spinach is also a leafy green vegetable that is rich in lutein and zeaxanthin.

Process the following ingredients in a blender:

2 cups of kale, chopped

1 cup of blueberries

2 handfuls of spinach

1 handful of green grapes

1 cup of filtered water
