This brain boosting smoothie is packed with healthy ingredients such as bananas, avocados, mint, and Rhodiola rosea.

Let’s take a look at this brain boosting smoothie recipe.

Avocados: 

They are a great source of brain healthy fats like omega-3’s which provide energy and boost moods.

Bananas: 

They are loaded with tryptophan, which helps elevate the mood by stimulating the production of serotonin.

Hemp seeds: 

Like avocados, hemp seeds are also an excellent source of brain healthy fats.

Mint: 

It helps stimulate the brain, making us more alert and relieving stress.  

Rhodiola rosea: 

It is great for mental performance in the areas of short-term memory, concentration, and audiovisual perception. Athelete’s often take it to increase performance.

Process the following ingredients in a blender:

1 banana

1 avocado

1 handful of hemp seeds

1 handful of mint

1 cup of mint tea

1 tsp of Rhodiola rosea
