  • A healthy squash bars or pumpkin recipe from our kitchen to yours.

  • To get the full benefits bake or steam them.
  • Squash bars:
  • Ingredients:
    1 squash or 1 medium size pumpkin
    1 tbspraw honey (or coconut nectar for a vegan version)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp raw olive oil (or organic coconut oil)
  • Directions:
    Dice into 1/2-inch cubes
    Place on oiled baking rack
    Top with honey or coconut nectar and cinnamon
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  • Serve immediately, garnish with organic parsley.
