Extremely powerful immune-boosting garlic ginger elixir

This extremely powerful immune-boosting garlic ginger elixir is great for keeping viruses and colds away, especially during the colder weather.

Let’s take a closer look at the ingredients in this extremely powerful immune-boosting garlic ginger elixir.

Apple cider vinegar:
It has been used for years as an effective cold and flu remedy for years because of its anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties.

Garlic:
Organic garlic is well known and is widely used to treat and prevent colds and flu. A study done in the UK suggests that the participants who took garlic supplements were “less likely to get a cold and recovered faster if infected.” Include organic garlic in your diet and you will not need antibiotics.

Ginger:
This potent spice is great for the immune system, and can also treat motion sickness and nausea.

Lemons:
There may not be a more alkalizing food than lemons. It is great for overall immune health and helps flush toxins from the body by making the liver more efficient.

Raw honey:
A 2007 study showed that honey may help relieve coughs and trouble sleeping.  A single dose of buckwheat honey was just as effective as a single dose of dextromethorphan in relieving nocturnal cough. Raw honey has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, which help fuel the immune system and heal sore throats.

Turmeric:
This potent organic spice is a remedy for so many different ailments. It has strong anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and is known as a powerful immune booster as well.

Directions:

Process the following ingredients in a juicer:

1 bulb worth of garlic cloves, peeled
1 red onion
2 inch piece of fresh turmeric
2 inch piece of ginger
1 lemon peeled

Put the juice in a jar and mix in 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp of raw honey

Take a few tablespoons and mix it in with a cup of water

Store in the fridge and take daily
