Weight Reducer Smoothie

It is a cross between a juice and a smoothie, so you get many healing benefits.

Try to make this 2 to 4 times a week for breakfast or lunch. Combine with  a plant derived diet and exercise.

Cucumber and avocado smoothie:


  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup spinach loosely packed
  • 1/2 cup parsley loosely packed
  • 1/3 cup of fresh mint loosely packed
  • 1 green apple cored and peeled
  • 3 ribs celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • OPTIONAL: We like to add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to give it more texture.
  • You can also add 1/3 cup of blueberries.
  • Enjoy!
