This cucumber and blueberry New Year detox infused water is a refreshing drink to help you leave toxins from last year behind and move forward.

It is the time of year where everyone is making their resolutions to eat healthier and to get ready for that summer body.

After all those rich holiday meals, now is the best time to detox and to get on a healthy track for the rest of the year.

They are a natural diuretic and have very high water content, making them great for flushing out toxins and keeping you hydrated during your weight loss efforts.

Combine the following ingredients in a large BPA-free pitcher: 

Juice from 2 lemons
Add a third lemon cut into slices
1 cup of blueberries
1 cucumber, sliced

Add six cups of water and leave in the fridge overnight.
