Tip: Try gargling 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt in one-half cup of warm water

3. Lemon juice:
It is a great source of vitamin C, a potent immune booster. Lemons also have antibacterial properties.

Tip: Cut a lemon in half, sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt and black pepper, and suck on the lemon to help relieve sore throats

4. Raw honey:
 Raw honey has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, which help fuel the immune system and heal sore throats.

Tip: Try mixing raw honey into your tea or coffee

5. Vitamin C:
Vitamin C is one of the most well known remedies and nutrients for flu prevention. It is believed to help boost the immune system and fight colds and flu.

Tip: Some of the best sources of vitamin C are bell peppers, guavas, leafy greens, kiwi, broccoli, berries, citrus fruits, and tomatoes
