Mayor Edwin LeeWhen asked, this is what Mayor Edwin Lee shared with me:“Every day should be Earth Day in San Francisco. Our residents and businesses use the greenest and most sustainable practices, and are always trying to do better. It’s earned us the title of Greenest City in North America and made us 80 percent closer to zero waste by 2020. I encourage all residents to volunteer in our parks, in our streets and in our communities to create a healthy and sustainable environment for everyone in our City. Happy Earth Day!

As the greenest city in North  America, San Francisco leads by example; yet we shall take a green step every day.

We want to thank our sponsors Aquasana, Earth Friendly ProductsNUMI Tea, Nutrilys Del Mar, Shear Miracle and Organics and suki for their generous samples.

Special thanks to Marco Sanchez  for the beautiful photos.
