Cold and flu buster elderberry tea

  • Do you use black elderberry? This is a potent cold and flu buster elderberry tea.

  • Add 3 tsp of dried elderberry flowers into 1/2 cup of boiling water
  • Simmer for approximately 10 minutes
  • Do not boil
  • PLEASE allow tea to cool
  • Strain the tea
  • Add 1 tbsp of Manuka Honey or local raw honey
  • Note: For a very potent version we recommend adding 1/4 tsp organic Ceylon cinnamon
  • Drink 3 times a day
