Luxurious Valentine’s vegan hazelnut hot cocoa

This luxurious Valentine’s vegan hazelnut hot cocoa is the perfect warming and pleasurable drink for the most romantic holiday of the year.

Directions:

. Soak half a cup of hazelnuts over night
. Rinse and drain the hazelnuts, and add them to a blender with 2/3 cup of water. Blend until the nuts and water form a paste.
. Add two dates, 2 1/2 tsps of raw cacao powder, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Also add 1 cup of almond milk. Process until ingredients are mixed and pureed.
. You can strain the mixture through a cheesecloth into your cup to get rid of any unnecessary bits.
. Then, you can heat up the cocoa in a microwave or saucepan
