This lively anti-aging mango chia smoothie packed with powerful antioxidant compounds and healthy anti-aging fats.

They are high in vitamin C, which is important for producing collagen in the body, which is one of the keys for younger looking skin.

Papaya:
Much like it’s relative the mango, papayas are also high in vitamin C.

Pineapples:
Pineapples contain a key ingredient called bromelain, which can help heal skin problems and helps make the skin strong and flexible.

Directions:

Process the following ingredients in a blender:

1 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 cup of mangos
1/4 cup papaya
1/4 cup pineapple
