  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup organic arugula
  • 1 organic avocado
  • 3 organic kiwis
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves

  3. I have not been able to find more information on ZINC deficiency and what is the natural source of it , so that I could include it in my diet. Could you let me know please what that source is? Thanks

      The best sources for zinc are oysters and crab.
      You should also eat foods like watermelon, extra dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, squash seeds and peanuts ( if not allergic).
      You can also supplement with oyster powder. We recommend for the purest form of oyster powder.
