  • Blend:
  • 3  mint leaves
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • Try to drink it twice a day when you have heartburn.

  • Watch what you eat: Avoid heavy meals, processed foods, refined sugars. Cut down on coffee and caffeinated drinks.
