  • Almond milk is a great alternative to dairy milk and a great base component for any smoothie.
  • This almond milk is infused with blueberries to make it even more delicious. You can use any berries, better yet you can also used frozen berries.
  • Almonds:
  • They are excellent sources of calcium, vitamin E, folic acid, omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Almonds are natural powerhouses and have shown benefits in lowering cholesterol, brain health, heart health and weight loss. Almonds are also gluten-free  and low in carbohydrates.
  • Blueberries:
  • Blueberies are rich in antioxidants, and have shown benefits in cancer prevention, brain health, and heart health.
  • Cinnamon:
  • This potent spice is packed with health benefits. It boosts brain function, protects against heart disease because of calcium and fiber, regulates blood sugar, and provides antimicrobial benefits. Plus it tastes great!
