Mint and lemon kombucha.

Thousands of years ago, the ancient Chinese discovered kombucha, which they named “immortal health elixir” for its many health benefits. Kombucha is a mix of bacteria and yeast. To this day, it is still highly regarded as a potent tea with many healing properties.

Kombucha has potent antioxidant benefits, boosts the immune system, aids in weight loss, and helps regulate blood sugar.

Let’s take a look at the ingredients in this mint and lemon kombucha recipe.

Cucumbers:
They are an excellent source of caffeic acid and vitamin C, two antioxidants with anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce signs of aging and overall health..
