Liver detoxifier juice

Your first line of defense against toxins is your liver.

This liver detoxifier juice recipe is packed with natural organic ingredients that will supercharge your liver and promote detoxification.

Apples:

They contain compounds called triterpenoids which have shown the ability to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in the liver. 

Beets:

They contain betalains, which are the pigments that give beets their colors. Betalains help the body by neutralizing toxins and supporting the cell’s natural detoxification process.

They prevent toxins from accumulating in the body and flush them out through urine.

Carrots:

A study published in the Journal of Nutrition showed that carrots had the ability to increase the antioxidant capacity of the liver, making them an essential liver health food.

Garlic:

It is an effective detoxifier. It works by stimulating the liver to help eliminate toxins within the body.

Kale:

This leafy green contains isothiocyanates, which are believed to help the body with the detoxification process.

Lemons:

Juice the following:

1 beet

3 carrots

1 apple

1 garlic clove

1 lemon

1/2 a head of kale

Make sure ingredients are organic.

Eat a light healthy breakfast and drink once a day for 3 days as a lunch.

We do not promote fasts. But you need to eat healthy and light portions while doing this detox.

You will reduce the amount of work your digestive system has to do and speed up the healing.

Please: Avoid refined sugars, all processed foods, alcohol and caffeine.
Avoid artificial sweeteners, refined carbohydrates, including white rice and products made from white flour and wheat.

Drink plenty of pure water, and eat fresh organic fruits and veggies.
