Apple and cinnamon weight loss water recipe

We are always looking for ways to make our weight loss efforts more efficient. This weight loss recipe will not only help you get hydrated, but it will help you flush out toxins, feel full and lose weight fast.

Commercial diets for weight loss do not always work and are sometimes harmful to the body.

Some spices and foods when combined can produce ideal results for weight loss.

This is an easy weight loss recipe and it combines the most potent ingredients.

Apples:

They are packed with nutrients that may help you lose weight. First of all, the polyphenols in apples help slow down the digestion of carbs, and break them down into simple sugars, which puts less sugar load in the blood stream. The polyphenols also reduce the absorption of glucose and stimulate the pancreas to produce insulin, resulting in the regulation of blood sugar.

They are low in calories with only 65 per cup and high in dietary fiber, with 3g per cup (12% of the recommended daily value).

Cinnamon:

It is becoming more and more evident that cinnamon stabilizes blood sugar levels and increases the metabolism of glucose. Since high blood sugar levels can lead to increased storage of fat, cinnamon helps prevent it. Cinnamon improves insulin function. Thus, you lose weight.

These ingredients can help boost your metabolism.

Please use filtered water to get the full benefits.
