  • Almond milk recipe:
  • 1 tbsp of melted organic coconut oil
  • 3 cups raw organic almonds
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract or 1 tbsp of vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp of orange blossom water
  • 1 tbsp of organic raw honey
  • 5 cups of filtered water
  • Directions:
  • Soak the almonds overnight and strain them 2 or 3 times.
  • Blend the almonds in the filtered water until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add the coconut oil, vanilla, orange blossom water and honey.
  • Continue blending until well mixed.
  • Strain: It is very important. Use a sieve, or cheesecloth (muslin). Pour the almond milk through the filter into a large bowl. The filter will retain the almond pulp and the liquid will go through.
  • Refrigerate immediately.
  • The almond milk can keep up to 1 full week.
