This body cleanse will aid in flushing away toxins.

Celery has cleansing properties that regulate body fluid by acting as a diuretic.

Acidic foods such as oranges are acidic in their basic state, BUT once metabolized by the body they have an alkalizing effect.

The orange will cleanse and detoxify the liver.

We recommend you make it fresh daily.

You can  keep not more than 1 day in the fridge. Fresh is best!

To Make this body cleanse, juice the following ingredients:

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

2  celery stalks

2 oranges

1/3 cup cranberries

Note: Use organic ingredients

Take for 3 days and drink once a day instead of (1) meal ( lunch or breakfast). Combine with a plant based diet. Avoid processed foods, refined sugars and sodas.
