Barry’s Bootcamp opens its muscled up doors in San Francisco

Healthy Living is a life style and sports and exercise are a big part of it.
With this in mind, we are pleased to share that with high-powered energy and red carpet style, Barry’s Bootcamp celebrated its grand opening on May 12, 2014 in San Francisco. Mayor Edwin Lee gave Barry’s Bootcamp its own city proclamation and declared May 16, 2014 Barry’s Bootcamp day in San Francisco.

As you may know, Barry’s Bootcamp was launched in 1998 in Southern California.
It delivers one the “The Best Workout in the World” to a legendary following.
The camp has now four locations in Southern California, including San Diego, Sherman Oaks, Irvine and West Hollywood, two New York City studios and additional New York location in the Hamptons, as well as studios in Boston, MA, Miami FL, Nashville, TN, Bergen, Norway and London, England.
The new San Francisco fitness studio is located at 236 King Street and is very close to the AT&T ballpark.
Co-founders Adam Shane and his wife Tara were eager to give us a tour of the premises which include 20 customized Woodway treadmills and over 20 benches for specialized floor workout. The 3,500 square-foot space has a high energy, motivating club like feel.

It also is fully-equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms with luxurious showers containing Malin & Goetz beauty products, a retail area stocked with stylish active wear and a full Barry’s Bootcamp Fuel Bar, featuring organic, cold-pressed juices from Project Juice, original protein shake recipes, and freshly-made smoothies to feed your body the healthy way.
Barry’s Bootcamp SF offers a full schedule of 8 to 10 high-energy, one-hour classes per day taught by seasoned instructors.
The city is a health-conscious community that deserves the best of class when it comes to fitness. I am pleased to bring this results-driven, most importantly FUN workout to the forefront of the San Francisco market,” States Adam Shane.

The event drew many San Francisco VIPs such as SF Fashion star Vasily Vein and sports figures such as Barry Jay himself and San Francisco Giants’ player George Kontos who were eager to check the new location.
